This three-bedroom haven boasts an exquisite blend of luxury and tranquility. From the moment you open the red gum front door, the rich Black butt timber floors extend to an external deck, inviting you to unwind amidst the beauty of the bush environment.

Beautiful
Beautiful home. Very clean and well taken care of. The amenities are fantastic. Birds every morning and night and a few kangaroos popped over from the neighbouring property - Country Lane Cottage. Unfortunately the neighbour on the other side has chosen to put up a big fence which cuts diagonally across in front of the deck of lakuna, restricting the feel of the open national park. For this reason, I would choose another property, but within the hosts group of accomodation as everything within the host's control was absolutely stunning. Would definitely stay with this company - we come back every year.

Perfectly comfortable, well appointed getaway for 6. Beautifully situated amongst birds, trees. Stunning views all around. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful winter getaway
We had a wonderful stay at Lakuna and thoroughly enjoyed all the property had to offer. We toasted marshmellows by the fire outside in the afternoons and cooked a BBQ for dinner before retiring to sit in front of the fireplace in the evenings. The kids loved the place and we had plenty of room to spread out and play games and puzzles when we weren't out exploring. Would highly recommend.

Recently had a 2 night stay with 4 mature ladies. The amenities were very clean, modern and well maintained. The wood heater was excellent and kept the whole house warm once lit. The retreat was very accessible to town shops, restaurants, and many tourist attractions within short drive. Lovely to see and enjoy our Australian visitors the parrots, cockatoos and kangaroos so closeby. The downstairs retreat with its own queen bed, shower and toilet was perfect for any family members who require privacy. A very nice place to stay and enjoy with your family. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay very much at this home. Warm fire and plenty of room to move. Would definitely recommend staying here when in Halls Gap. Only negative was not having enough storage space for our food supplies, a buffet or extra shelving would be handy. Thanks Janet
